TeamO PFDs are the only inflatable harnesses on the market featuring the patented BackTow™ Technology. This innovative system is designed to safeguard the wearer during a man-overboard (MOB) situation while they remain tethered to the vessel.

After inflation, the wearer can manually activate the large BackTow™ handle, located on the top of the right-hand lung. This action repositions the wearer into a face-up seated position in the water, allowing for safe towing alongside the vessel.

The BackTow™ strap serves as a strong attachment point, significantly reducing the risk of injury during recovery. With the help of a winch, even a small person can effectively recover a MOB wearing a TeamO PFD.

Please note: TeamO Inflatable PFDs are a UK-made, world-class product that has the highly regarded world standard of ISO12402-3. TeamO Inflatable PFDs do not have Transport Canada or US Coast Guard approval.

Transport Canada states, "You are required by law to have a lifejacket or PFD (Personal Flotation Device) onboard for each person on a watercraft." The Lifejackets or PFDs must be Transport Canada approved to be counted.
