Well my 1st impression was this is over my head. Way too techie for me.

But with a little patience, (of which I have precious little) they work great. Range, clarity and volume are all excellent. The manual appears to be a little less helpful but I think if I sit quietly and absorb the info I’ll be fine. All we wanted is clear communication and these flat out work as advertised. When we’re docking, the Admiral is handling lines usually off the swim platform or cockpit and is out of sight from me up in the pilothouse. So communication for us is critical. BTW if someone asks about hearing aid compatibility I had no problem with bilateral hearing aids.
    Thanks for an excellent product.

Used them getting underway and docking yesterday. Wow! I liked the marriage savers but these new units are light years better on so many levels. No concerns about them getting knocked off my head so there’s no need for a line securing them to my belt. Recharge ability is a handy feature.

We like the headsets very much. We have used the “original” version, the Ear Tech models and now these and find this new type to be the best by far!!

    :

After using these for the summer, I can say that I would rather approach a dock without fenders than without the My Team Talks headsets. We put them on everytime we anchor, moor and dock.

I have quite a unique use for the “My Team Talks” headsets! I am using them to direct and organize the production team of our Theatre productions! They work marvelously! In the past we were having to communicate via walkie talkies causing interference with our sound system and many times unclear! But NOW with the MTT headsets the lighting crew can “quietly” call out cues while all the while I can be running my back stage crew, all at an affordable price! Thanks cruising solutions for sharing this endeavor with us and making sure everything ran smoothly! YOU ROCK!

We used these last summer several times during anchoring docking and going up the mast. It was so great speaking in normal voice when trying to anchor in 25knots. We also found them pretty handy when going aloft constant communication between the winch and the chair is excellent. Highly recommended pricing but worth it.

WE love these headsets and have used them frequently when anchoring, docking and going aloft. It great being able to speak in normal voices when the wind is up and trying to set a stubborn anchor. We have also found them good for going aloft where we are in constant communication checking the rig on the way up and down. They are pricy but for the peace for the peace of mind they offer they are a great investment, highly recommended.

Love them. We tried others and got interference. Sound is clear, excellent range. We use them every time for docking and getting underway. No need to shout it reduces the trauma on board.

We used the original “marriage savers” for a couple of years and they were much better than the alternative (yelling). We bought theses two years ago at the Annapolis Boat Show. Much better than the “Marriage Savers”-No AM radio interference, much less likely to fall off because they go around the back of the head (we lost one of the “marriage savers” to Neptune), rechargeable batteries, better clarity. We almost did not get them because of the cost, but we are so glad we did.

We bought these headsets in 2015 from Cruising Solutions, about half way through our first LOOP, and have used successfully ever since. They are fantastic! They wear well and they stay charged for a long time. We have experienced no problems and they make maneuvering our trawler so much easier. We would recommend these to anyone on a boat who wants to avoid yelling back and forth from the helm (usually the fly bridge on our boat). We do have cameras at various locations on the boat but never use them, much preferring these Headsets for docking, leaving the dock and anchoring.

    Great product!
