This is our automatic photocell daylight sensing replacement 15-LED bulb, which automatically comes on at dusk, and turns off again at dawn. It is a drop in replacement for your existing Aqua Signal, Hella, Perko or other anchor light or tri-colour housing with a BAY15D bayonet base (double-contact, offset pins) socket.

No extra sensors, wires, or switches needed. We have built all of the daylight-sensing electronics right into the bulb, so it is just a simple replacement.

The bulb still features the constant-current electronics, and 15 of the newest multi-emitter LEDs, so its output far exceeds all requirements for all-around anchor lighting for boats up to 20M (65 ft).

Perfect for boats on a mooring, or for cruisers constantly on the hook. Never forget to turn off your anchor light again!

Fits Aqua Signal Series 40, 41, 42,& 50 as well as Hella 2984 and Perko 200 Fixtures.

Voltage: 8VDC – 30VDC Constant Current Circuit

Wattage: 3W

Amperage: 0.25A at 12V

Lumens: 240

Dimensions: Dia. 28mm x 40mm (+socket)

The range is rated at 300 feet but most of us don’t have a boat that long. Therefore we recommend that the antenna be tucked in to prevent contact with boat parafanalia such as fore-stay or spreaders, that may want to knock the headsets off.

The microphone has a foam wind guard to reduce wind interference. Speak in a normal tone with the mouth piece about 3″ (7cm) from your mouth and your conversation will be one to one as though you are facing each other in the cockpit.

If you are near a radio tower, you may have some musical accompaniment, but your private conversation will still be crystal clear.

“Anybody can get a sail up. It takes a sailor to get it down”

That statement is particularly true regarding the spinnaker. The ATN spinnaker sleeve makes the average sailboat owner a great sailor. And the sail is ready to be hoisted again immediately, no more packing! Don’t be fooled by “look-alikes” from other sailmakers or do-it-yourself kits. There is nothing that works like an ATN Spinnaker Sleeve!!

Problems Solved by the ATN Spinnaker Sleeve

1) The main problem to solve was the mixing of the control lines and the sail. A separate channel (which contains the control line) is sewn alongside the main sleeve which contains the spinnaker. The separate channel (side sleeve) is made of a different colored cloth than the main sleeve which shows the eventual twists of the sleeve prior of hoisting it. Any twists can easily be identified and removed before hoisting

2) The mouth of the sleeve had to be rigid to remain open when pulled against the sail, slippery to enable it to slide over the sail without chafing it, light (weight aloft should always be avoided) and sturdy enough not to break when stepped on or stored. While the round shape seems obvious, the oval shape is more spinnaker friendly for it doesn’t have the tendency to rotate around the sail as it is guided by the spinnaker leeches and it is easier to slide through the hatch when storing below deck. Fiber glass was the material of choice. We make them out of Kevlar which, while expensive, offers a good combination of strength and lightness.

3) The control line is a closed loop, made of 2 different lines. One side is to hoist the sleeve. It must not kink and it should be small enough to travel in the side sleeve and through the top turning block. The other side must be much heavier as it is handled by the operator to douse the sail. It also must not kink as well as be long enough to be lead through a snatch-block on the fore deck and then to a cleat or a winch on bigger boats.

4) The cloth problem came from the fact that spinnaker or bag cloth doesn’t breathe and might bleed. The cloth that is milled especially for ATN is a ‘tricot’, a mesh like material which is light, strong, and doesn’t retain water. The sail can dry when in the sleeve and it will not cling to the sail when hoisting the sleeve, even after long period of wet storing.

5) Finally, the spinnaker is fastened inside the spinnaker sleeve with a swivel shackle to allow gibing. The hoisted spinnaker sleeve must always remain in the same position at the mast head, on top of the flying spinnaker, while allowing the spinnaker to rotate under itself. This also gives more flexibility when loading the sail.

Features of the ATN Spinnaker Sleeve

Single hand any spinnaker, reacher, gennaker, MPS, screecher or mizzenstaysail up to 15,000 sq. ft.

High-tech, ultra-light Kevlar Hoop matches shape of the spinnaker and will not warp under load

Single control line led through separate sleeve eliminates fouling

Contrasting visual reference stripe

Wire pennant with swivel at head of spinnaker prevents sleeve from affecting sail shape by allowing the sleeve to accumulate on the pennant

Mesh construction allows sail to breathe, so that sails dry quicker, even while stored

The new Mastclimber fits OVER any existing halyard (from 3/8” to 5/8”) eliminating the need for a separate static line The MASTCLIMBER is simple to use, its set up time is minimal, and its rugged and simple construction will ensure years of use, allowing you to check aloft and maintain all the standing rigging of your sailboat.

The MASTCLIMBER uses the leg muscles to climb, allowing you to easily reach the mast head not exhausted by the climb, and since it rides on a static halyard held taut between the deck and the mast head. It prevents you from swaying away from the mast, helplessly, even if the boat heels over.

The MASTCLIMBER consists of 2 parts, a bosun’s chair with back rest and one-way jammer, and leg straps, with loops for the feet, with one-way jammer.

Operation of the MASTCLIMBER is done by alternatively standing up on the leg straps, which allows you to slide up the one-way jammer of the bosun’s chair, then transferring your weight onto the bosun’s chair, which allows you to bend your knees and slide up the one-way jammer of the leg strap, then standing up on the leg straps once again. To descend the mast, procedure is reversed. It’s a very simple process but the one-way jammers make it safe and “fool-proof”.

If you’re not up to retro-fitting your existing florescent fixtures to convert to LEDs, you can now replace the entire fixture at a very attractive price.

This low-profile florescent fixture replacement comes with our 12” 66 LED tube-light in either cool-white or warm-white LEDs. It is much brighter than the 8 watt florescent that it replaces yet uses about ½ the power.

This low-profile fixture has a clear lens and is smaller than our previous model and is made of heat resistant ABS. Electrical connection and mounting is easy and you’ll never need to worry about burnt-out ballasts and dimming florescents again because our LEDs will last 30,000 hrs! (all night, every night for 7 years)

Select either cool-white for maximum brightness (500 lumens) or warm-white for natural light (300 lumens). Like all of our LEDs, this fixture has Constant Current Circuitry, operates from 10-30Volts DC (either 12V or 24V systems) and is not polarity sensitive.

•	On/Off Rocker Switch
•	Back Mounted wiring
•	4.5 watts (0.38 amps @ 12V)
•	Size: 15 ¼” X 2 ½” X 1 ¼”

$50.00 ( 12” 66 LED tube-light included) 2 year warranty
